All Practices to be held at the Brandon Valley High School Wrestling room.

We will have a Modified Practice schedule for the first week of practice (Nov 29th and and Dec 2nd). Group 1 will start on Dec 6th. 

1. Group 1 (Beginners) practice night will be  Mondays 6:00 – 7:00 pm (Start Monday, December 6th )
2. Group 2 (Intermediate) practice nights will be Mondays 7:00 – 8:30 & Thursdays 6:00 – 7:15 pm 
3. Group 3 (Advanced) practice nights will be Tuesdays 6:00 – 7:30 & Thursdays 7:15 – 8:30 pm

**Attending practice regularly is certainly encouraged throughout the season, however, it understandable that some practices may be missed.  Attending every scheduled practice is not mandatory; rather, regular practice attendance is encouraged for the benefit of your child to develop in the sport of wrestling.
